Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions and billing arrangements between you and Domain in connection with your use of our platform and services. By completing a purchase or subscription, you agree to these terms in full.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Additional payment methods may be made available at our discretion and will be displayed at the time of checkout. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the point of purchase.

2. Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect active subscription periods already paid for.

2.1 One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases, such as access to individual webinars or course materials, are charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is processed immediately upon confirmation of your order.

2.2 Subscription Plans

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis — monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

3. Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle begins on the date your subscription is activated. For monthly plans, billing recurs on the same calendar date each month. For annual plans, billing recurs on the same date each year. If a billing date falls on a date that does not exist in a given month, the charge will be processed on the last day of that month.

4. Automatic Renewal

By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize Domain to charge your selected payment method automatically at the start of each new billing period. You will receive a reminder notification prior to renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain current and valid.

5. Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be processed, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over a short retry period. During this time, access to paid features may be suspended. If payment is not successfully collected after the retry period, your subscription may be cancelled and access will be terminated until outstanding balances are resolved.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date. Refunds will not be issued for partially used subscription periods or for digital content that has already been accessed.

6.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Webinar sessions that have already taken place
  • Downloadable materials that have been accessed or downloaded
  • Subscription renewals where a cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date
  • Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of sale

6.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid content until that date. Domain also reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that are in violation of our Terms of Service or these Payment Terms.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.

9. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your purchase under the laws of your jurisdiction. Where we are required to collect taxes on your behalf, the applicable amount will be displayed prior to completing your transaction.

10. Changes to Payment Terms

We reserve the right to update these Payment Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
